El concepto raccord, también llamado continuidad cinematográfica, hace referencia a la relación entre los planos de una filmación que permite que no se rompa la ilusión de la secuencia. Un fallo de raccord es como encontrar una bolsa de Carrefour en Downton Abbey, es decir, lo que alerta al espectador de que está viendo un montaje y lo despierta de su inmersión en la historia.
Raccord Notes es un proyecto falso-documental de carácter postfotográfico. Se trata una ficción creada en torno a la idea de romper una ficción. Las fotografías son apropiaciones de un libro descatalogado encontrado en una livrerie d’ocassion de París titulado Comment installe ses interieurs Louis XVI (1956). Este libro ilustra y describe la tendencia de interiorismo romántico de la época de Luis XVI. Las habitaciones fotografiadas se perciben como anacrónicas, extrañas y artificiales, como si pertenecieran a una casa de muñecas o a un plató de cine. Se rescatan estas imágenes que de otra forma estarían abocadas al olvido y al deterioro y se transforman mediante la imaginación en algo nuevo.
Mediante edición digital se realiza un proceso de restauración de las imágenes y se incluyen elementos dispares en las estancias: cables, una botella de plástico, auriculares, una cámara de fotos, etc y se crea una historia ficticia en torno a ellas. Se convierten en los platós de la película La vie de Louis, ubicados en Navacerrada y Tres Cantos, donde Netflix está construyendo actualmente sus primeros platós en Europa. El sentido del dossier y del texto que documenta cada imagen es servir a postproducción para “borrar” los fallos que se cuelan en la escena. Experiencialmente cómico, juego parecido a “¿Dónde está Wally?”. A través de este proyecto se cuestiona la vulnerabilidad de nuestra percepción y se abre un diálogo sobre la imaginación y la documentación de la ficción.

The concept raccord, also called cinematographic continuity, refers to the relation between the shots of a film that allow the illusion of the sequence not to be broken. A raccord failure is for example finding a Carrefour bag in Downton Abbey, it's what alerts the viewer that he is watching a montage, wakes him up from his immersion in the story.
Raccord Notes is a postphotographic mockumentary project. It is a fiction created around the idea of breaking a fiction. The photographs are appropriations from a discontinued book found in a Paris and entitled Comment installe ses interieurs Louis XVI (1956). This book illustrates and describes the romantic interior design trend of the time of Louis XVI. The photographed rooms are perceived as anachronistic, strange and artificial, as if they belonged to a dollhouse or a movie set. These images that otherwise would be doomed to oblivion and deterioration are rescued and are transformed through imagination into something new.
Through digital editing, a process of restoring the images is carried out and disparate elements are included in the rooms: cables, a plastic bottle, headphones, a camera, etc. and a fictitious story is created around them. They become the sets of the film La vie de Louis, located in Navacerrada and Tres Cantos, where Netflix is currently building its first sets in Europe. The meaning of the dossier and the text that documents each image is to serve as post-production to “erase” the flaws that creep into the scene. Experientially comical, a game similar to "Where's Wally?" Through this project the vulnerability of our perception is questioned and a dialogue is opened about the imagination and the documentation of fiction.
